In a handi add 125 ml tikka Gravy and stir for 1-2mins.
Add 150 Gms fish ( boneless) ,chicken ,or Paneer (cottage cheese) pieces and stir for 2-3mins.
Add 200 ml water and boil for 5-7mins.
till the right consistency. Allow it to stand for 15-20 minutes.
Garnish with fresh coriander ,serve hot with roti or rice .
You can use these recipes for any type of tikka on coal cooking to get wonderful taste.
