Directions for gravy

Mix mother’s kitchen spice mix @ Tbs spoon (30 gms) with 20 ml oil ,300 ml of water and  to make a fine paste mix well .Marinate chicken  or veggies ( 300 gms ) with the prepared paste and  keep aside it for 10-15 min. Add salt if required. With little oil sauté the prepared mixture in a pan ,on a medium heat. Add 300 ml water, Cook till soft and tender. once done add butter (50 gm ) and fresh cream (100 ml ) cook it for some time .serve with Tandoori roti or rice .

Best way to make Makhani gravy it is as  simple . you can use chicken tikka (ready) ,paneer (cottage cheese ).

You can make “Butter Chicken” with this spice mix using cooked tandoori chicken
